Simple charges.
A launch in three months.
How a client pays, what it costs us to run, the team and the twelve weeks it takes to build, and how the market opens up state by state.
Three charges. One platform the client owns.
A one-time build, then two charges that come back every round. Enter what was agreed with a client to see year one, and what repeats every year after.

What the client gets
Running costs, kept tiny.
The monthly bill to keep the platform running: cloud, database, AI and storage. Edit any amount, switch a line off, remove it, or add your own. Totals update instantly.
A dedicated team. Three months to launch.
Research, design, build, AI and testing run side by side, with a real pilot in two or three constituencies before the full launch.
One team, every discipline
One designer owns the experience end to end. Engineers pair across the Field App, the Command Center and the AI pipeline, so nothing is lost between teams.
Twelve weeks, three phases
Workstreams overlap on purpose. Testing starts while the dashboards are finished, and the pilot runs in real seats before launch.

Why this is a serious build
Five problems ordinary survey tools never face, rated by how hard each one is to get right.
How it is built, and kept fast
Three apps talk to one secure API hosted in India. Heavy work runs in a background queue, so every screen stays quick.
Andhra Pradesh first. Then state after state.
Every new state runs on the same platform; only the map, the language and the question bank change. Each one is a separate, chargeable rollout, and each step adds seats we can sell into.
Assembly seats in each state, added up; the Lok Sabha adds 543 parliamentary seats. Telugu states come first because the speech engine already speaks Telugu; the rest follow their election dates.
