No proof it happened
A form on paper or a phone tells you nothing about whether the voter was real, or whether the agent filled it in at home.
Investor presentation · November 2026
An AI platform that turns election survey interviews into proven, readable intelligence. Built first for Andhra Pradesh’s 175 seats, ready for every Indian language after.

The problem
A form on paper or a phone tells you nothing about whether the voter was real, or whether the agent filled it in at home.
The most useful answers are spoken: “why will you vote this way?” People read and tag them by hand, one by one.
Without evidence or a method note, every survey is questioned for bias, by the client and by the public.
More data is collected every year. Less of it can be trusted.
The size of the pain
₹70 lakh
spent on a single round, before anyone has read a single answer
Parties run 3–6 rounds before a state election.
Why now
Each state votes on its own five-year clock. Every election needs several paid survey rounds in the year before it.
Speech AI for Indian languages became accurate and cheap enough in the last two years to process every interview.
The solution
Field agents record short voice answers on an offline Android app, in Telugu.
Nine automatic checks prove each interview was real: location, time, voice, length.
Our speech engine writes down every word and scores the mood on each issue and leader.
Clients see live maps and ask questions in plain language. Every answer shows its evidence.
From guesswork to evidence, with the voter’s own words behind every number.
How it works

An admin picks seats, booths and quotas that mirror each seat by age, gender and area.
Answers are tapped; only 3–4 open answers are recorded. Works with no network.
The interview waits encrypted on the phone and uploads to servers in India when signal returns.
Geo-fence, fake-GPS, duration and same-voice checks. Doubtful ones go to a supervisor.
Telugu speech becomes text, then a score per issue and leader, with the best quote.
Dashboards update; reports download as PDF; the AI analyst answers with margins and quotes.
The product

Offline Android app for agents. Consent, tap answers, voice, GPS, secret-ballot screen.

For supervisors and analysts. Live agent tracking, verification queue, maps, round-on-round.

For the paying client, on laptop or phone. Results, reports and the AI analyst.
Value for customers
The money a client loses today to fake interviews and manual reading, against what our platform charges.
Try your own numbers
And results arrive in hours, not weeks, with a voice clip behind every number.
Who pays
Their own surveys, seat by seat, round after round.
Proof behind every interview they sell.
Polls and trackers they can stand behind on air.
Ground truth for campaigns and candidates.
Beyond elections, the same platform runs any spoken survey:
Market size
Each step reuses the same platform. Figures are per buyer, at 200 interviews a seat, 4 rounds a year and ₹7.50 an interview.
Interview fees only, for one buyer. Setup and support fees come on top, and each state has many buyers.
Business model
Pick a preset or type any amount. Every slide that follows recalculates.
01 · Once per client
Configures the platform for the client’s state, seats, questionnaire and team.
02 · Every round
Charged only for interviews that pass verification. Grows with every round and seat.
03 · Every month
Updates, new questionnaires each round, prompt tuning and help during survey weeks.
Clients already pay ₹100–500 per interview for fieldwork. Our fee is a small add-on that makes that spend provable.
Our profit
The size of the business
How we cut costs
The monthly bill for one round of 35,000 interviews.
Cost inputs
Paid speech API, per minute
Technology
Flutter Android app with an offline database, background sync, compressed audio and fake-GPS detection.
Next.js, TypeScript and open map tiles (MapLibre) for the Command Center and Client Portal.
One secure API with a background job queue, so heavy AI work never slows a screen.
PostgreSQL in Mumbai with row-level security, vector search over answers, encrypted audio storage.
Our Telugu speech pipeline on open Indic speech models plus large language models for scoring, with a paid engine as backup.
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit log, personal data kept separate.
Maintenance and running cost
A busy month: every client running a round at once (1,05,000 interviews).
What maintenance covers
Competition and moat
Our own speech engine. A rival renting speech by the minute cannot match our price.
Every round adds labelled Telugu answers, so the AI improves with each one.
Round-on-round trends live in the platform. Leaving means losing the trend.
Challenges
Tested on real field clips before launch. Unclear clips go to a human reviewer; a paid engine is the backup.
Nine automatic checks on every interview, same-voice detection and random call-backs.
Ranges with error margins and a method note on every report, never single-number promises.
Spoken consent under the DPDP Act 2023, data in India, and a switch that blocks publishing during the Section 126A silence period.
A state votes every year, media trackers run all year, and surveys beyond elections fill the gaps.
A paid pilot in 2–3 seats first, so the client sees proof before the full rollout.
Roadmap
Questionnaire, sampling plan, speech benchmark on real clips, all screens designed.
Field App, Command Center, Client Portal and the speech pipeline, built side by side.
A real pilot in 2–3 constituencies, fixes, then the full Andhra Pradesh launch.
Same language for Telangana; new speech models for Kannada.
National elections, plus surveys beyond politics in more Indian languages.
Team: one product designer, three full-stack engineers, two to three AI engineers, with DevOps support.
